Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing vinyl flooring team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right flooring and guiding them through the entire sales and installation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers at our showroom or during home visits
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable vinyl flooring options
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on leads and enquiries
  • Explain product features, warranties, and installation process
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct site surveys

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (flooring or interior products preferred)
  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of vinyl flooring types and benefits (training provided)
  • Able to work weekends (when clients visit showrooms or homes)

 We are looking for skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Installers to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation work for residential and commercial flooring projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Install vinyl flooring (click, glue-down, and other types) according to project specifications

  • Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and fitting of vinyl planks
  • Prepare subfloor surfaces before installation
  • Follow safety standards and site cleanliness protocols
  • Coordinate with project managers for job updates and timelines
  • Address minor customer concerns on-site if needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in flooring installation preferred (especially vinyl)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good workmanship and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Basic understanding of tools and measurements
